We have tried to answer any questions you might have while shopping with us, but if you still need more information please feel free to contact us about anything.

Payment Options



We accept all major credit cards and also PayPal and Google Checkout payments. Credit card charges that appear on your statement will look something like "DREAMINPLAS". For your safety and security, we do not store your credit card information.

If you prefer to use PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account. If you do have an account, you can log into your PayPal account directly from our shopping cart. Through PayPal you can also pay via all major credit cards, your PayPal balance, your bank account or an e-check. Please note: E-check payments take some time to clear just like real checks. Your e-check will have to clear before your order can be shipped out. You will receive notification when your e-check payment is processed, followed by notification that your stuff is on the way. When you send money with an eCheck from a U.S. bank account, the transaction is held as pending for 3-4 business days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank. From a Canadian bank account, the transaction is held as pending for 7-8 business days. Please keep this in mind if you need your item(s) within a certain amount of time.

We also accept all major credits cards in our Beacon, NY store with no minimum purchase amount.

Shipping Methods
We use both UPS and USPS to ship packages. Orders will ship within two business days, depending on time the order was placed, and the UPS/USPS schedule. UPS does not count Saturday, Sunday, and US Federal holidays as business days, so please keep this in mind if you need your order by a particular date. Orders received on Fridays may sometimes ship on Monday due to limited UPS service over weekends. If available, you will be issued a tracking number for your package when it is shipped. This should allow you to see exactly where your package is and when it should arrive. Unfortunately, UPS does not offer service to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses at this time. Of course, If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please enter a message in the comments box during checkout or contact us and we will be happy to help!

Shipping Costs
We charge actual shipping charges that will vary by package weight and destination. You can view shipping costs before finalizing your order.

International Shipping and Customs
We ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for complying with their respective country's laws, regulations, taxes, and duties. We cannot be held accountable for any packages being detained or delayed in Customs and any additional fees incurred.

Our Packaging
In an effort to lower your shipping costs and our "carbon footprint" - we try to keep things running green by recycling boxes when possible. Although we sell a lot of plastic, we do care about the environment! Rest assured that your items will still be lovingly protected and packaged, and that we do our very best to ensure they arrive to you safely.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If you wish to return an item, contact us with the reason for the return and we will figure out the most convenient way for you to send back the item(s).

Promotions and Discounts
Various promotions and discounts may be offered from time to time through various means, such as emails, posted on this website or other means of advertising. Please remember to use the discount codes or participate in the promotions before the promotion ends. We reserve the right to end promotions early without notice. Subscribe to our blog, become a fan on facebook, or become our friend on myspace to get news of available promotions!

Gift Cards
We offer gift cards that are emailed directly to the recipient. The minimum amount is $5.00 and the maximum is $200.00. The gift card sent via email will contain a discount code. To redeem a gift card, add items to your cart, enter the code on the View Cart page, and click the Apply Changes button. The amount of the gift card will automatically be deducted from the total amount.

Gifts
We hope to be adding gift services in the near future! For now, if you would like your items to be shipped without the invoice, or with a gift message included, let us know in the comments box during checkout or by sending us an email. To be notified of when gift services are available, join our mailing list.

Real-Time Inventory
All inventories are real time. When a product goes out of stock, "OUT OF STOCK" will show up in place of the "Add to Cart" button. In addition, an estimated time of arrival may be posted. The timeframe denotes when we estimate the product to be back in stock. Until the product is back in stock and the "Add to Cart" button is viewable, the item cannot be ordered. All our items are housed in our retail location. We do not drop ship from our manufacturers. On occasion, items may ship in separate packages, but you will never be charged extra for shipping. We try to keep our inventory as up-to-the-second up-to-date as possible. However, it is entirely possible that someone may purchase the last one of the very thing you are ordering mere moments before you complete your checkout. Because of this, we cannot guarantee our in-stock status of an item to be completely 100% accurate! If you happen to order an item that has gone out of stock, we will contact you and promptly refund your money.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped to New York State.

Wholesale
We do not offer a wholesale service at this time, however we do extend respectable discounts to customers who are ordering a large amount of one item. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about placing a large order, and we will work with you setting up a bulk discount where available.
